The weekend was all down hill, I didnt eat bad but I sooooo didnt stay on the path of the diet.. SO I am starting back on track today. I am super happy tho, I went to the mall yesteryday, and was able to purchase my size 10 pants…. YAY!!!!!!!!
So I have to say that something is working, I am still still down 8 pounds, nothing major, but the workout has still been hard everyday, working out 5 days a week isnt that bad. I think it something I will be able to keep up.

The more you praise & celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.
So I think I am over the hill. Yesterday was a little crazy I did eat a piece of fried fish, and a small bowl of grits. But other then that everything has been in line. I havent stepped on the scale again since Monday. But I can see a change in my fit of my pants already. I was thinking about doing this for 14 days, not sure I may have to cut it down to 7 just because I want to do brunch this Sunday at Rosebud…..

Its really pretty tasty if you are in the area, you should give it a try.
Be on the look out Saturday morning I will be posting pictures… I am going to show a progress every 7 days just to see if any of this is really working. Time will tell.
